It has come to our attention that an unauthorized company has been contacting our members asking them to give out personal information such as debit card numbers, PIN numbers, expiration dates, etc.

DuPont Goodrich will never contact you and ask you to provide your account number, card number, or PIN number. If we do see suspicious activity on either your debit card or credit card, you may be contacted by the credit union – however you will only be asked to verify certain transactions and their amounts.

It is important to remain vigilant in protecting yourself from fraud. If you are ever unsure about a phone call or email you receive, the best thing to do is to contact us before you respond. As always, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
