After the update, when you access your credit card information from Online Banking or the DuGood App, you will see the new account information page.
CardValet for Credit Cards

Access to Credit Card information in CardValet will be temporarily unavailable starting Sunday, 9/18/22, until early Monday, 9/19/22. During this time, alerts and controls will not be in effect, and transactions will not appear in the app.
After the update, access to your cards using CardValet will not change, and you will not need to do anything with your alerts or controls that are already set.

uChoose Rewards Will Continue to Accrue
Our uChoose Rewards program is not changing. Points will continue to be earned during and after the upgrade, however, it may take up to a week after the upgrade for these points to show in your uChoose account.
Be sure your card is registered with uChoose Rewards. If you have not yet registered your card, visit www.uchooserewards.com and click "Register."
Auto Payments & Scheduled Transfers
Automatic Bill Payments that were set up before the upgrade will continue to work as before. Be sure to log in to your credit card account after September 19 to verify your AutoPay settings are still accurate.
If you use Scheduled Transfers in Online Banking to make a payment from your DuGood account to your credit card, you will need to set these transactions up again after September 19, as they will not be carried over to the new platform.

Account Information
After the update, when you access your credit card information from Online Banking or the DuGood App, you will see the new account information page.
This page summarizes all the information about your credit card account and is organized into 4 main sections:
Transaction history
Combines Pending Activity, Current Activity, Account History, and Search pages from old site
The Transaction History page features a more detailed breakdown of your pending transactions, current period transactions and payments, as well as several search and filter options. This page also allows you to print or download your transaction History.
Payments Overview
If you select the Payments tab from the menu, you will be taken to an overview page that summarizes the current card balance, as well as:
- Payment due date
- Statement balance
- Minimum payment due
- Amount past due
The Payment Activity section details the payments that have recently been made to the card.
On this page, you can also make one-time payments, manage your AutoPay settings and add or remove payment accounts.
AutoPay allows you to set up automated scheduled payments to the card from a credit union account. Several payment options are provided to help you keep up with the balance automatically.
Statements
Credit Card statements for up to the last 13 months are available on the Statements page. PDFs of Statements can be downloaded or printed for archival purposes.
You can also manage your statement settings here, allowing you to sign up or discontinue eStatements at any time.
Account notifications can be anything that has happened with the account since you last logged in, like payments that have been made or are past due, reminders to sign up for eStatements, and more.
In the Current Balance section, you will find:
- Payment due date
- Minimum payment due
- Credit limit
- Available credit
- AutoPay status
- A button to quickly make a payment
In the Last Statement Balance Section, you will find:
- Last statement date
- Last payment amount
- Last payment date
- Statement delivery method
- Rewards info
- A button to view statements
The Recent Transaction section shows a short list of the transactions that have occurred on the card, including purchases, pending transactions, and payments. If you click the All Transactions link, you will be taken to the Transaction History page.

Will there be any downtime for credit card website?
Yes, you will not be able to access your credit card information starting Thursday night, 9/15/2022, until early Monday, 9/19/2022.

Yes, you will not be able to access CardValet starting Sunday, 9/18/22, until early Monday, 9/19/22. During this time, alerts and controls will not be in effect, and transactions will not appear in the app.
When will the upgrade be completed?
Upgrades will be completed on Monday, September 19, and access to our credit card account in Online Banking will again be available.
Will I still be able to use my credit card during the upgrade?
Yes, all credit cards will continue to work during the upgrade.
Will my credit card need to be replaced because of the upgrade?
No, your existing credit card will continue to work through the upgrade period and will not need to be replaced after the upgrade is complete.
Will automatic payments to my card still work?
After the upgrade, auto pay that was set up before the upgrade will continue to work as before. Be sure to log in to your account after September 19 to verify your autopay settings are still accurate.
Will I keep earning rewards during the upgrade?
Yes, our uChoose Rewards program is not changing, and all earned points will be available. Points will also continue to be earned, but it may take up to a week after the upgrade for these points to update on your account.

Where do I pay my credit card bill?
Log in to online banking and select your credit card account on the My Accounts screen of online banking. Here, you will be able to view your statements, transaction history, and pay your bill.
