- Create a username and set your new password.
- Enter your personal info, member number, and contact information.
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions to complete the registration process.
How do I sign up for eStatements?
To sign up for eStatements, begin by logging into Online Banking. Click eStatements under the Additional Services tab and follow the prompts.
How long are eStatements kept online?
eStatements are kept online for 12 months. If you need a statement beyond that, visit any DuGood branch, and we will provide you with a copy.
What do I do if I forgot my username or password?
The I can't access my account link allows you to reset your password or retrieve your username.
