Tell us a little about yourself and what makes you unique as a REALTOR®.
I dive into every transaction and negotiation with a zest for getting my client the best deal based on the project or property. I think outside of the box when it comes to strategy and negotiations. I don't take no for an answer. When obstacles are presented, I creatively find solutions where most agents and oftentimes clients may give up. I work hard to get a yes for all parties. I believe in a win-win for both buyer and seller.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
I love success! I enjoy knowing both sides of the transaction feel like the process was a win-win. I enjoy knowing each party, especially my clients, feel like the overall experience was effortless and rewarding. I love knowing that our client's expectations were not only met but were surprisingly exceeded.
How many years have you been a REALTOR®?
I have been working as a REALTOR® for 13 years.
What advice do you have for our members preparing to buy a home?
Know your costs; know your financial profile. What do you look like on paper? Know your financial limitations. Don't use all of your cash to purchase a home. Everyone needs to keep cash in the bank at all times during their lifetime. Excess cash makes lenders feel good about loaning you money. Have a savings account. Don't overspend monthly - don't ever! Never overbuy when purchasing a home. Stay practical and reasonable.

I love a challenge, and I love working with clients that have the most challenges. I never turn down an opportunity to help someone in the pursuit of real estate. I get so much joy out of helping someone begin their real estate journey. Molding someone into a real estate investor is a joy of mine... I love to encourage America to purchase real estate.. I say invest locally, nationally, and globally!
