Tell us a little about yourself and what makes you unique as a REALTOR®.
My local knowledge of the community and surrounding areas makes me unique as a REALTOR®. I pride myself in keeping current with local traditions, real estate market, and current events. It is great to be able to share what my community has to offer people moving to our area.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
I have met some wonderful lifelong clients and friends through real estate. It is really rewarding when past and present clients and friends refer you because they had a good experience buying or selling their home.
How many years have you been a REALTOR®?
I have been a REALTOR® since 1988, so I am well seasoned!
What advice do you have for our members preparing to buy a home?
Buyers need to get pre-qualified with their credit union or bank. They need this form when making an offer. The market inventory moves so fast; buyers need to do this before finding their dream home. By getting the pre-approval, it helps me to know what price range they need to be looking in.
Tell us about your personal passions and community involvement - or anything else you'd like to share.
I love going RV'ing with my family. I like keeping my two grand babies and seeing the world through their eyes. I have several charity organizations that I support and enjoy working events to raise money to help others. I am in all local chambers and attend St. Elizabeth Church.
