+ How do I sign up for online banking?

If you are new to DuGood Online Banking, you will need to go through a one-time registration process before logging in. Click here to sign up for online banking.

Please Note: DuGood recommends completing the registration process on a desktop or tablet browser. Registration is possible using the mobile app, however the experience is not mobile optimized.

+ How do I sign up for online bill pay?

Log in to online banking, then click the Bill Pay menu to get started.

+ What is eBill?

An eBill is an electronic version of your paper bill that you can receive directly within Bill Pay. An eBill allows you to conveniently view and pay a bill in one place.

+ How can I make sure a payment has been made?

To view payments that have been made, review the list of "scheduled payments" "in-process payments" or "recently processed payments" on the right side of the My Bills & People I Pay page. You can click on the View Payment History link to view additional detail.

+ How do I sign up for eStatements?

Log in to online banking, then click the eStatements link under the Additional Services menu to get started.

Statement copies are kept online for 12 months. If you need a statement beyond that, DuGood will be happy to provide you with copy at any one of our convenient locations.

+ How do I set up account alerts?

Log in to online banking, then click on the Email & Text Alerts link under the Additional Services menu.

You can set up alerts to be sent to your email or cell phone whenever there is activity on one of your accounts, such as when your balance reaches a certain level, there is a transfer above a certain amount, or a loan payment is due, etc.

+ How do I view my credit card statements?

Credit card statements are available by selecting your credit card account on the My Accounts screen of online banking.

They are also accessible by selecting Credit Card Statements from the Additional Services menu.

+ Am I able to see pending transactions?

Yes, pending debit card transactions are listed in the checking account history.

+ How do I sign up for Pop Money (P2P)?

Log in to online banking, then select Pay Other People (Popmoney) under the Move Money menu to get started.

+ Can I access my transactions using Quicken, QuickBooks, or Mint?

Yes, DuGood supports Intuit's Direct Connect, Web Connect, and Express Web Connect features.

If you set up your accounts in Quicken or QuickBooks before July 2017, there are steps that you will need to take in your software to continue retrieving DuGood account transactions.

Complete the steps by selecting the version of Quicken or QuickBooks that you use.

If you use Mint, your accounts were updated automatically and no action is necessary.
