Visa TravelMoney^®

Once you’ve purchased your card from DuGood, it’s so simple to get started:

1. Activate your card by calling 1-877-850-9650
2. When prompted, enter the last 4 digits of your telephone number (This is the telephone number given when the card was purchased)
3. Enter a new 4-digit PIN when prompted
4. Sign the back of card

Here are a few ways you can use your card:

• Make purchases at over 20 million Visa locations when traveling the world
• Just present your card at the time of purchase and the amount will be deducted from your card balance
• You can use your card to withdraw cash at an ATM, on the internet, for mail orders, telephone orders – everywhere Visa, Pulse or Plus are displayed!

There are multiple ways to add funds to your Visa TravelMoney^® card:

• In person at DuGood – funds available same day within hours
• On the web at www.cumoney.com– 3-5 day hold on funds
• On the CUMONEY^® Prepaid Mobile App
• Account to Card: 3-5 day hold on funds, funding of card only from Credit Union account
• Check Deposit: you select funds availability, immediately or normal check clearing timeframe
• In person at any Visa ReadyLink location – funds available immediately

Below is a breakdown of fees you may encounter using your TravelMoney card.  These fees are charged by Visa, not DuGood FCU.

• 24 month expiration date for card
• Add funds to card (reload) - $2.00
• Card replacement - $5.00
• ATM withdrawal (domestic) & balance inquiry fee - $1.50
• Inactivity fee - $5.00 if card not used in a 10-month period
• Cash out option - $15.00
  • The fee is deducted from the balance; takes two business days to process

• Daily ATM withdrawal limit - $500
• Daily Pin POS limit – 25 Transactions or $2,500
• Daily Signature limit – 25 Transactions or $5,000
• Daily Cash Advance limit- $1000
• Funds will be available in 24 hours or less
  • ICUL transmits funds 8 times per day
  • Every two hours from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. CST
